A reinterpretation of the golden age of Palm Springs

Tabarka Studio will open its first flagship showroom in the heart of LA’s luxury design neighbourhood of the La Cienega Design Quarter this spring, with a new terrazzo flooring collection celebrating Southern California’s Mid-Century splendour.

For years, Tabarka Studio has produced terracotta tiles under the auspices of the leading names in the design industry. Having recently expanded its creative offerings, Tabarka Studio will present its complete vision as a fully realised, lifestyle surfaces brand.

With important LA designer clients and the undeniable creative movement that LA is currently experiencing in mind, Tabarka celebrates the launch of its Los Angeles showroom with a new terrazzo collection that reinterprets the golden age of Palm Springs, and the grand floors seen underfoot in the glamorous, Deco movie palaces of Broadway Theatre District in Downtown LA.

Meir Zenati, Creative Director of Tabarka Studio, says: “We wanted to lay the groundwork for our company in Los Angeles because everything is happening here – there’s a tremendous spirit of free expression, of trying new things – it’s an extremely exciting time for the city, and we feel the La Cienega Design Quarter is really the epicentre of it all.”
