Five bathroom schemes in a luxury home

Prestigious bathroom designer C.P. Hart has worked alongside Mattwell Homes to design and supply five bathroom schemes for a luxury five-bedroom home in Fairmile Lane in leafy Cobham.

C.P. Hart – renowned for its use of the finest materials and advanced manufacturing techniques – was appointed to design and supply five luxurious bathroom schemes for the immaculate property in Fairmile Lane. The build was produced by Surrey property developer Mattwell Homes in the town of leafy Cobham in Surrey. Mattwell Homes has mixed the respected traditions of brick and block construction with modern environmentally improved practices to create a stylish and efficient home with modern living in mind. This luxuriously-designed property features spacious proportions and cutting-edge interior design.

The bathroom schemes selected by C.P. Hart reflect the clean classicism displayed throughout the setting at Fairmile Lane. A calm, muted palette in every room – including the bathrooms – gave the home a contemporary yet refined style. Lynne Wainwright, Senior Business Development Manager at C.P. Hart comments: “The attention to detail shown throughout the property is a testament to Mattwell Homes’ creative design vision, and is particularly evident in the bathrooms where we have supplied leading brands such as Duravit, Hansgrohe, Axor and Matki. We are delighted with the final bathroom schemes and quality of finish.”

C.P. Hart carefully selected bathroom products for the first floor master bathroom that reflects the timeless style and meets the contemporary design aesthetic that runs throughout the property.

Products selected by C.P. Hart for all five bathroom schemes include sanitaryware by leading bathroom supplier Duravit, brassware by Axor and luxury shower enclosures by Matki.

The team at C.P. Hart opted for bespoke glass furniture by Italian manufacturer, Artelinea, to complement the sophisticated decor of the master bedroom, while glass design bowls were selected to create an eye-catching impression in the cloakroom.

Owing to the generous proportions of the master bathroom C.P. Hart was able to specify high quality products for dedicated bathing, showering and basin areas which help contribute to the luxurious feel of the space. C.P. Hart’s own Domino basin unit was supplied in a clean white finish and in an 1800mm double basin format and teamed with a sleek vanity unit in a contrasting dark finish to create valuable storage space for personal items and keep surfaces clear. Wall-mounted Citterio basin mixer taps by Axor in contemporary chrome were fitted to enhance the streamlined finish and the expansive basin area is further complemented by a large wall mirror and strategic spot lighting.

For the showering area C.P. Hart supplied the Eauzone collection from Matki to create a minimalist wet room area, with shower controls including the Raindance overhead shower and Starck designed handshower from Hansgrohe. The open, uncluttered feel of the bathroom scheme is further enhanced by a Starck 3 wall hung pan by Duravit and light-enhancing, pared-back porcelain wall and floor tiles featuring a subtle stone grain. A tiled seating area and inset shelf completes the luxurious spa feel of the shower area whilst ensuring it is practical to use.
