As part of the manufacturing process, the yarn that makes up this carpet is pretreated with a stain inhibition solution before it is woven. This ensures the yarn absorbs the treatment and is effective for the lifetime of the carpet, as opposed to being sprayed on top of the carpet after manufacture. Spills are prevented from setting and spoiling for up to an hour, including notorious culprits such as coffee and red wine.
Sisal EasyClean also boasts a heavy commercial wear rating (class 33) and is perfect for high traffic venues such as restaurants, bars, hotels and high footfall commercial spaces.
Available in eight on-trend colourways, from soothing neutrals and greys to more vibrant gold and a bold black, these sisal floor coverings are organic in look and feel but are incredibly hard wearing - ideal for venues who wish to have the earthy, textural feel of sisal but require additional protection for lower maintenance.
Julian Downes, MD of fibre, comments: “Anyone in hospitality knows the importance of a venue looking its best and leaving a lasting impression on its guests. Our EasyClean collection is hardwearing as well as being highly stain resistant, removing the need to replace flooring and ensuring it won’t cost the earth for the venue owner, or the planet.”
When spills occur on EasyClean, the liquid can be absorbed with a clean dry cotton cloth and then dabbed with a slightly damp cloth within an hour for the flooring to maintain its unblemished appearance.
EasyClean is available for broadloom in a 4m and 5m width and for bespoke rugs and runners.
