Manufacturing quality cupboard doors to order, we produce two in-frame styles; cock bead and square. Handcrafted raised and fielded panel doors, drawer fronts, curved doors and inset frame systems are all made from one piece of solid, moisture resistant MDF.

Standard lay-on door designs can also be manufactured to fit inside frames. All frames come with standard brass butt hinges; alternative hinge finish options include satin chrome, polished chrome or pewter. We also offer a full range of accessories, including T&G panelling, drawer boxes, mantel surrounds and canopies.

Through substantial investment in CNC technology and clever adaptation of manufacturing techniques, even traditional Shaker-style five-piece doors - complete with frame - are made in any size up to a maximum height of 2420mm x 1200mm width. Larger size 3000mm x 1200mm cupboard doors can be ordered by request. Angled doors offer precision perfect solutions for rooms with sloping ceilings, whilst fret-work mirrored wardrobe doors prove an ever popular design.

If your customer’s kitchen is in a painted style, you can be sure every door will be perfectly square for a flawless fit every time, with no movement or cracking of the finished door. Framed kitchen doors are supplied in a primed state prior to being hand finished by your installer, to avoid possible damage during transportation or fitting, and ensure the longevity of your kitchen.

Cupboard doors are supplied raw, primed or painted, or in a quality high gloss finish.
