Bringing with her a unique knowledge of the new homes industry, Lauren Hudd has been appointed as Design Account Manager, whilst Naomi Smith joins the team as Executive PA to Andrew Henry and the management team.
Commenting on the appointments of Lauren and Naomi, Andrew Henry, Founder of Andrew Henry Interiors, comments: “We’re delighted to welcome Lauren and Naomi to our expanding team. Both Lauren and Naomi will be key in helping drive the business forward, and we’re looking forward to harnessing their experience as we continue to develop our work with both housebuilders and private clientele through Luxe by AHI.”
Following a degree in marketing and advertising, Lauren joined Bloor Homes as a Sales Advisor in 2019. Over the past four years, Lauren has gained an incisive understanding of the new homes industry which will prove invaluable in getting started with her new role within AHI. Working closely alongside Andrew, Lauren will be an integral part of the business, securing new opportunities and managing client relationships, whilst working closely with the team of designers.
Lauren comments: “I’m thrilled to be joining Andrew and his team at such an exciting time. Working for a developer has given me a really good understanding of the new build market and the challenges the industry faces. I have been on the other side, so I understand the pressures and exactly what developers are looking for in a show home. My first week is already filled with client meetings, attending new business pitches and getting more of an insight into upcoming projects, and I can’t wait to get started.”
After completing a Bachelor’s degree in PR and Marketing, Naomi has worked across the globe in a number of roles, including as an Executive Assistant at Bayleys Real Estate and Events Manager in New Zealand, and an Executive Assistant for a leading law firm in Cardiff. As Executive PA to Andrew and the management team, Naomi will handle office management duties, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Naomi comments: “I’m really excited to get stuck into my new role at Andrew Henry Interiors. Throughout my career I have gained a variety of skills including event management and numerous executive assistant roles – all of which I’m excited to build on in my new position. I’ve also always had a passion for interior design, with my partner and I currently renovating our bungalow, so I’m looking forward to getting an insight into all things interiors too!”
